What an amazing night Keith Persaud and his team at P3Connect provided for us. The introduction of their VIP Celebrations “Bubble Bash” could not have come at a better time. With Covid and everyone being very careful about socializing, there was a void in our lives from not getting out and being with our friends regularly.
P3 Connect has pulled together an incredible team to provide this private, safe, entertaining, wonderfully creative culinary evening. From the first meeting with Keith we felt that thoughtful planning had gone into how they could bring a group of our friends together for laughter, great food, excellent service, entertainment, and appropriate social distancing.
Chef Sunil Katariya and Keith worked silently and efficiently in our kitchen preparing the incredible food that we would enjoy through multiple courses, served Butler style by Keith himself. At no time did our guests gather in front of a buffet, or sit down at a table to enjoy this culinary feast. Chef Sunil’s menu was unique, flavourful, creatively presented with a good variety of options. They were respectful of our home, keeping the kitchen clean and organized throughout the evening.
To make sure we had memories of this evening they brought photographer, Nathan Hayashi of itshayashiphotography to capture the moments. Each couple had their own personalize photo taken upon arrival. After those formal moments, Nathan had a wonderful way of being there without anyone feeling like they were posing. He visually capture the essence of the evening, good friends enjoying each other’s company and being totally pampered, entertained and happy to be together.
Thank you to Matt Day and Ruth Blais (Blaze ‘n Day) for our entertainment. Matt wanted to provide not only musical entertainment he personalized it. His witty and original song for our group provided surprises, laughter and a feeling genuine connection. Ruth and Matt have a special way of interacting, and playing off on another with witty banter with comedic results. We couldn’t stump them with musical requests, their knowledge of songs was vast and varied. Their musical talent individually and together provides their audiences with an evening of great music, a walk down memory lane with musical favourites from our past and present.
